We pride ourselves on providing our guests with a tour that highlights our state’s natural treasures in an intimate environment. That being said, please remember that we are an outdoor tour company and weather here in Montana can change quickly. Come prepared to handle what mother nature throws at us. For your own safety and enjoyment, we recommend sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a windbreaker/raincoat and a pair of shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. Montana Wood Boat Tours will have your boat prepped and waiting in the water upon your arrival. Coolers will be iced and loaded with soft non-alcoholic beverages. Please feel welcome to bring your favorite alcoholic beverages. But most importantly, bring your appetite and sense of adventure.
Guests are responsible for transportation to and from the river. Drive times to the launch site depend on your choice of float, but we recommend that all guests allow 15-45 minutes for travel to their site.
Montana Wood Boat Tours will arrange your shuttle moving the car from the launch site to the takeout-site so it is awaiting your arrival at the end of the day.
